Return & Refund Policy
Customers of Dione Jewelry are entitled to cancel their order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods or the last item in the case of multiple items being delivered separately, or if it concerns the regular delivery of goods, within 14 days of receiving the first item.
Cancellation notices must be clearly communicated to us via the email provided below or through a written notice accompanying the returned goods.
The right to cancel applies only to products that are returned in their original packaging, unused, and securely packaged for return shipping.
In the event of a cancellation, the goods must be returned promptly and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is provided to the return address specified below. The sender is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the goods. These costs will not be reimbursed to the sender.

Please check the shipment immediately upon receiving it.
